I’m a board-certified health coach who works with people who feel worn down by managing food — thinking about it all day, starting over, and never quite feeling at ease around eating. My work is shaped by both lived experience and years of training in behavior change, emotional eating, and long-standing binge–restrict patterns. I understand that food struggles rarely begin with food alone. Stress, perfectionism, exhaustion, and decades of dieting quietly shape how people eat — often long before they realize what’s happening. I created The Food Freedom Mindset to offer a structured, non-diet way forward — one that helps people understand their patterns, use practical tools instead of rules, and rebuild calm and clarity around food over time. This work is about a more peaceful relationship with eating habits,  and more presence in everyday life.

Is this a diet or meal plan?
No. UnHungry doesn’t provide rules, meal plans, or tracking.

It focuses on understanding patterns and using practical tools to create calm and clarity around food. 

Is this only for binge or emotional eating?
No. Many people who benefit don’t binge regularly — they feel stuck in food noise, overthinking, restriction, or restarting.

This work isn’t about labels. It’s about changing how food fits into your life.

What if I’ve already tried everything?
That’s common. Most people arrive here after years of plans and advice.

UnHungry works differently by focusing on how patterns formed and what actually helps change them over time.

Will I gain weight if I stop dieting?
Weight isn’t the focus of this program.
