I’m a board-certified health coach who works with people who feel worn down by managing food — thinking about it all day, starting over, and never quite feeling at ease around eating. My work is shaped by both lived experience and years of training in behavior change, emotional eating, and long-standing binge–restrict patterns. I understand that food struggles rarely begin with food alone. Stress, perfectionism, exhaustion, and decades of dieting quietly shape how people eat — often long before they realize what’s happening.
